and a variety of self-empowerment classes in central New Mexico and by phone.

Individual Sessions
The purpose of this group is to experience deep meditative states using sound channeling by Gwendolyn, toning, chanting, crystal bowls and/or drumming. Gwendolyn will open the group with a sound channeling from beings from the higher dimensional realms, then different methods of using sound will be taught and explored by the whole group. This group is open for all levels of meditators and no experience with sound, toning, or chanting is needed. Just a desire to move into deep meditative states and raise your vibrational level.
There is currently one group happening in Albuquerque on the 4th Thursday of each month, 6:00 pm - 7:30.
